Vice President, Real Estate Private Equity Fund, Dubai
A leading Private Equity firm in the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and Turkey region is seeking to add an investment professional to its Real Estate investment portfolio, to focus on transactions across the MENASA regionsRequirements:
- Experience in real estate Investments Mezzanine and equity financing within the real estate sector
- 7+ years experience with top tier investment bank or private equity/venture capital
- Strong technical background
- Preferably MBA/MS Finance
- Fluency in Arabic is preferable
- Strong network of investors and entrepeneurs in the country of location
- Solid understanding of the economy, business landscape, political situation in the country of location
Responsibilities:
- Identify and screen new investment opportunities in the Real Estate sector and build a pipeline of prospective target companies
- Guide, perform, and synthesize detailed due diligence of potential investments, including management, market, product, competition, technology, legal and financial analyses
- Lead a transaction team
- Work with entrepreneurs, company management, and advisors to negotiate and close transactions
- Support and monitor partner companies in their strategic and financial growth plans, including serving as a board member or board observer
- Identify, facilitate and execute exit strategies for the fund's investments
