- 7+ years of experience gained at a top tier sell-side institution, buy-side institution or special situations/principal investment team
- Exposure to international deals and consolidated international work experience
- Solid M&A experience A proven track record within corporate finance/leverage finance with a focus/interest on African markets
- Strong valuation & modeling skills, an exceptional academic record Substantial number of successfully executed transactions experienceDeveloped marketing skills and excellent team ethic
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of all aspects of the private equity fund from origination and sourcing of investment targets, investment due diligence, structuring and negotiation of investments, raising complementary capital, portfolio monitoring and exit
