UBS strengthens Israel Private Banking out of New York

David joins UBS Wealth Management’s New York International desk as a Financial Advisor and First Vice President to augment the institution’s foothold in the Israeli market and strengthen the desk’s client connectivity with founders and US-based Israeli diaspora. He brings over 16 years of Investment Banking and Legal experience within the US and Israel, with a strong track record of representing tier 1 bulge bracket firms as a Senior Officer

David Weinstock was previously a Director at Guggenheim Partners (2021-2023), where he was Head of Israel Investment Banking coverage out of New York, advising local and international founders and executives, lending him direct access to an Israeli nexus of ultra-high net worth clients, both offshore and onshore

Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, he served as an Executive Director at JP Morgan out of Tel Aviv (2015-2021), where he was a Senior Country deal team member advising cross-sector clients across products

David first relocated to New York in 2012 to join Citi’s Investment Banking arm, joining as an Associate on the Real Estate & Lodging team, completing M&A and Capital Markets transactions in excess of USD 7.5bn over a 3-year period. He was previously an Associate at both Elieser Kaplan Law Offices and Steinmetz, Haring, Gurman & Co. based in Tel Aviv, being staffed on M&A and capital markets deals for high profile international clients in various industries

David holds an MBA in Finance, Real Estate and General Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem
